Landsman & Ronald’s attorneys hold extensive experience in the area of workers’ compensation.

The attorneys at the law firm are frequently consulted regarding issues of initial compensability, and whether an employer/employee relationship exists. Once these threshold questions are resolved, we assist and advise on determinations of the type of benefits to which an injured worker is entitled; such as temporary total disability, temporary partial disability, permanent impairment, disfigurement and the payment of medical expenses.

Our firm has participated in thousands of cases involving these issues and others, including calculation of benefits, termination of benefits, apportionment of injuries, and attempts to rehabilitate an injured worker from both a medical and vocational standpoint.

The lawyers have a considerable amount of experience litigating various issues before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission.
